A Natural Wine

Produced on the Domain

The Story

The vine takes its strength from a clay and limestone hillside in the area of Glandève, at 600 metres above sea level, facing ubac. These conditions allow the Marselan and Caladoc grape varieties to fully express themselves, which are united in equal parts. The grapes are harvested by hand and de-stemmed mechanically before being vinified without the addition of yeast, guided solely by the ancestral know-how of the valley’s winegrowers.

The Wine

This wine is natural: it does not contain sulphite or any other aromatic inputs. It is frank, abrupt, rich in tannin and transpires the rough and fragrant character of Haute Provence. The Marselan presents its ripe fruit aromas when tasted with the Caladoc with its citrus notes.
